How to add subtitles to MKV effortlessly
1 Import the MKV video to the program
After you install and launch the app, directly drag your target files to the program or click "File" to add the MKV videos. And you need to make sure the subtitle and the video have the same name and they are in the same file. When you see your target MKV videos on the list, click "Edit" to open the subtitle editing panel.
2Add subtitle to the MKV video
You can then click Subtitle to load the plug-in subtitles to your video. SRT, SSA and ASS files are supported. If you want to make a special subtitle, you can then change the font, color, etc. After everything is ready, click OK to save all the settings.
3Start conversion

Hi, Thanks for your interest in our products. Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate is a video conversion tool that combines with the function of adding subtitles. You can add load subtitles to MKV files by clicking Edit button and switch to the Subtitle tab. However, in the MKV output, only MP3, AAC and AC-3 audio codec are supported.
How can I add subtitle so that I don't need to make conversion after it. I want to add subtitle but I don't want to change anything in video or audio quality? I have file with DTS audio 5.1 but there isn't such audio to convert.
My subtitle in Vietnamese shows some weird characters and boxes when adding to the mkv file. I try to save .srt file in both UTF-8 and Unicode but the errors still display. So how could I make a non-Latin subtitle display properly? Thanks!
