I believe the "fit to disc" feature is not working properly in either Video converter ultimate or DVD creator. The algorithm or preset in the programs may be incorrect, which does not fit the files into the one disc, be it DVD5 or DVD9. Is there a bug fix planned? From the discussion thread, this has not been resolved properly.

Hi, sorry but the same happens to me, I select D5 DVD and fit to disk option. But DVD Creator, creates an ISO file of 4,808,949,760 bytes. The free space on a DVD D5 is 4,700,372,992. How can we reduce even more the ISO's size? Thanks

Hello, Kevin. In your case, please check the DVD disc capacity first. The capacity less than 4.7 GB is considered as D5 disc while more than 4.7GB and less than 8.5GB is D9 disc.

Above you say that a DVD5 is about 4 700 000 000 bytes, but when i choose DVD5, and fit to disc in Aimersoft DVD Creator, it produces an ISO file of 4,799,500,288 bytes, which does NOT fit on the disk, how can I reduce the size of the ISO to the correct size?
