Howto rip and convert DVD movies to AVI

This step by step guide uses DVD Ripper Windows (Windows 8 compatible) version screenshots. The way to rip DVD on Mac OS X is the same. Just make sure you've downloaded the right version according to your needs..

1 Import your DVD movies

After installation, run the program and insert the DVD disc into your computer's DVD drive. Then click Load DVD to import the DVD files. ISO and IFO files are also supported. You can then choose the subtitles and audio tracks you prefer.

2 Edit videos (optional)
