How to Play DVD Folder with Free Media Players

Sometimes, you may have copied the DVD movies to your computer hard disk in DVD folder and now want to play the DVD folder. Here we will show you how to play DVD folder with free media players: SMPlayer, The KMPlayer, VLC Media Player and Media Player Classic.

1. Play DVD folder with SMPlayer

To do this, you can open SMPlayer, click Open > DVD from Folder > Choose a directory to locate the DVD folder you want to play and then click OK. 3. Play DVD folder with VLC Media Player

VLC is a well-know multiplatform free media players. Open VLC and click Open > Open Folder to browse and select the DVD folder you want to play from your computer's hard drive. 4. Play DVD folder with Media Player Classic

Media Player Classic is another great free media player for Windows (Including Windows 8). You can use it to play DVD folder with good video quality. After launching Media Player Classic, choose File > Open File > Browse to open the DVD folder and select the IFO files and click Open > OK > to load the play the files in Media Player Classic.
