I have a surface pro. I also have a laptop. I was using aimersoft on my tablet for awhile and putting all my movies on an external hard drive. The movies kept getting a flash of a green screen. Almost all of the movies have a blurry beginning. I put aimersoft on laptop then. I am still currently getting the same issue. What is the problem? On the other hand some movies are fine. I am using all the same file formats. This doesn''t make sense to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, Alan Parker. I'm sorry to mess you up. This software only runs on computer. But it can convert DVD to Surface supported MP4 format. You can rip DVD on computer first then sync the converted movies to Microsoft Surface RT for watching.
After downloading the trial version and trying to install it. I keep getting a message informing me this app won't run on my Microsoft Surface RT and only apps in the Microsoft store will work?
