SlySoft's AnyDVD/AnyDVDHD can indeed "rip" either the full disc content or to an ISO image and for both DVDs and BluRays as it removes the protections and other studio stuff. AnyDVD is not an authoring tool so comparing it to products that burn or further convert/process is not only not fair but is a misrepresentation.
