I have downloaded and paid the licence for the Mac version. It works fine in Mountain Lion converting DVDs but it doesn't seem to read ISO files. I feel like I've wasted my money!

This is not just a great product, but Aimersoft provides excellent customer support as well. I had some issues, being technically challenged as I am, and they were very helpful and I was able to easily convert my files and now I can show movies of my kids to everyone I know easily from my iPod, which is really cool! Highly recommend this product!

Definitely a fast and useful way to convert to MP4. This is probably the most "painless" method I came across, since I travel a lot and like to watch stuff on my iPad and I hate it when I have to deal with converters and all that just because the Apple stuff won't play the regular formats.
