Part 1. How to backup Blu-ray to lossless quality video

1Add Blu-ray movies

Insert the Blu-ray disc to the Blu-ray Disc drive or DVD to the DVD-ROM, then click the "Load Disc" button to add videos. Here you can also import DVD folders, ISO files and IFO files to convert.

2Select an output folder

Specify a folder to store backed-up video files in the "Output" field. (Note: if you are backing up a Blu-ray disc, please make sure the storage place is around or above 30GB.)

3Start to backup

Click  the "Backup" button to copy Blu-ray disc to lossless MKV file or backup DVD to VOB file. According to your needs, choose a specific title to copy. After you click  the "Backup" button, a box will appear to show the progress.

Part 2. How to rip or convert Blu-ray/DVD movie

1Add Blu-ray or DVD movies

Insert the Blu-ray disc to the Blu-ray Disc drive or DVD to the DVD-ROM and click the "Load Disc" button to have movies uploaded to the Blu-ray Ripper.

2Select the output format

In the "Profile" menu, choose either a video or an audio format as the output format. This Blu-ray converter also has some presets for devices. You are allowed to choose one device as the output format as well.

3Start the conversion

Click the "Convert" button to rip Blu-ray/DVD to any video or audio format. That's it ! You've made it!

Part 3. How to edit Blu-ray/DVD video

Since Blu-ray/DVD videos are very large, to save the space on your computer or device, you may need to trim the video. To do that, you just need to click the "Clip" button on the main interface, and then set the start time and end time to retain the part you need.

To customize your videos, you need to press the "Edit" button on the main interface to enter the Video Edit window. Three tabs are displayed here. "Crop" means that you can delete black boarders by dragging the frame on the interface. "Effect" enables you to adjust the video brightness, contrast, saturation or even switch to a special effect provided here. And 'Watermark" allows you to add either text or image watermark to your video.
