How to Convert DVD to MP4 on Mac

I am trying to transcode VOB's from a DVD into MP4 format. I am on Mac OS X 10.4.5. VLC transcodes and the QT MP4 file I end up with sound but no picture. Can anyone recommend some software that I can rip DVD to MP4 on Mac? Thanks.

1Load DVDs to the DVD to MP4 converter

Drag the DVD disc icon on the desktop to import them to the program directly, or you can click "File > Load DVD" to add any DVD files you are interested in!

2Edit video – Trimming, Cropping, Rotation, Video Adjustments

1) Trimming

If intend to capture certain part of the DVD movie, click "Trimming" on the hovering button to customize the conversion time, Below the preview window you can drag two little icons to set the time period on the line . Like the following picture:

2) Cropping

If want to cut the black edges of the DVD movie, click the "Cropping", and a small table will pop up, then on the preview window you can drag the dashed line of a frame to cut the black edges. Meanwhile, you can specify an area by setting the crop values. Select an output aspect ratio and make these options lists: Keep Original, full screen, 16:9 and 4:3 etc.

3) Rotation

Rotating the video to horizontal flip, vertical flip and more.

4) Video Adjustments- Emboss, Negative, Old film...

click the "Video Adjustment" button to specify your preferred effect, meanwhile, you can customize the brightness, saturation, contrast, volume, etc. If not being satisfy with the setting, you can click" Reset" and start again.

3Select MP4 as output format

Click "Format", a small device icon of your selected clip, then a pop-up table will occur and then you can choose "MP4 "located from the drop-down list.

After finishing the above steps, click "Start" to start conversion. A few minutes later, you can gain the satisfactory videos converted by this DVD Ripper Mac.
