How to Transfer iPod to iTunes and Copy iPod to Computer

Part 1. Transfer iPod music video back to new computer or iTunes manually
NOTE: This step-by-step tutorial is taking Windows-based computer for example, but the method works the same for Mac users. Never disconnect your iPod when transferring or synchronizing!
1 Plug your iPod into computer
Connect the USB cord from your iPod to your computer. Minimize iTunes if it starts.

2 Get your iPod music to computer
Click Start > My Computer > Your iPod, then in the explorer menu click Tools > Folder Options then click the "View" tab. Make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected. Click OK.
Find the iPod Music folder, it's in iPod_Control. Drag and drop the Music folder to your desktop. Wait for it to transfer. One thing forgot to mention - if you're backing DRM-protected AAC (.m4p) music with license you're not authorized, you can use this Protected Music Converter to strip the DRM first.
Once copying done, right click the folder and make sure 'Hidden' is unchecked. The music is now on your PC!
3 Transfer iPod music into iTunes
