Hello. Aimersoft iTransfer for Mac supports transfer files to iPod Touch but it only supports Mac OS 10.5 and 10.6.

Hello, Ivan. Sorry to bring you any inconvenience. In this case, please make sure you have restarted the Mac after installing the application. If you have restarted the Mac, please try to unplug and plug in the device once more. Or just re-launch the application. If the device still cannot be detected, please uninstall the application. Open the Aimersoft iTransfer folder in the Applications folder; click Remove Aimersoft iTransfer .app and then follow the steps to uninstall the application. And please make sure to uninstall the iPhone Disk. Reinstall the application and restart your Mac. The program should work well this time.

Doesn't recognize the iPhone, still says "connect your device to this Mac...". Mountain Lion. Download page said OSX 10.5 or higher. Not so. Glad I just took the trial version.
