How to Convert WMV Videos to iPhone 4S/4G/iPhone 3G/3Gs?

I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to play WMV videos on the iPhone. I have a bunch of videos that I played on my blackberry but I can't save them and play them on my iPhone. Can anyone help?
