Hi, Eliza. In you case, please make sure the original video plays well on Mac. Also, refer to the following steps to recode the .mov file by Quicktime Player to have a try: Quicktime Player: Keep original file playing in Quicktime Player and choose File->Save As (It is File->Export in Mac OS Lion) from the top menu. I tried to import my .mov file but it always appears the same window It says: "Please make sure: 1. The file has both video and audio track, and duration is longer than 7 seconds. 2. Program does not support .wmf, .emf, .gif and .ico image formats. The following file(s) can not be imported: behind.mov" the file lasts 3 mins and the format is .mov, why does this keeps happening?

Hi, Fred. That's probably because of the zoom settings. You can reset the scaling (zoom) in the Crop tab of the Edit window.

Hi, Nicole. All the added videos can be previewed normally. And before you burn, you can also have a preview of your DVD to see whether it looks as you like. Please make sure all goes well before the burning.

Well, since the ipod touch 4g has what you call hd quality for filming, I guess this will come useful in order to film silly stuff and then make a dvd and watch them with family and/or friends. I'm glad you can do this on a Mac because most of the useful software is for pc and mine is way outdated and it's a pain to even use the internet on it these days, god forbid running some advanced video software.
