Step 1. Add your MOV videos
After installing and running the program, you can directly drag your files from local folder to the program. Alternative, you can also click Import to select your target files. Then you'll see your files show up in the User's Album at once. If you like, you can watch them or take snapshots in the Preview window.
Step 2. Reduce the size of the file
Click Create to pop up the Output window, where you are offered two different ways to get a smaller file.
1. Converting video format. FLV, WMV etc. are all high compressed video formats. If you don't mind changing video format, you can hit the Format tab and select a format with high compression rate from the list.
2. Downgrading video parameters. If you are not willing to convert to another format for smaller size, then you can choose the other way. Hit Device or Format tab and then click the arrow beside Advanced Settings to open the drop-down choices. Here you can lower the output file parameters like resolution, frame rate to produce a small file.
Note: Please note that lower parameters or change output format will make the video size smaller and decrease the video quality.
Step 3. Export the compressed video
