How to Extract Audio from DVD
This guide is to show you how to rip audio from DVD like MP3, WMA, AAC, etc. for iPod, iPhone, Zune and other music players. And if you want to extract audio from video like AVI, XviD, WMV, MPEG, MPG, FLV, DAT, RM, RMVB, MOV, ASF, H.264, etc. to MP3, WMA, AAC, etc. you can use a DVD Ripper.
1 Please download DVD Ripper
2 Run DVD Ripper and Load DVD file into it.
Click on "Load DVD" button or directly click the "File -> Load DVD folder" in the main interface after you have run the program, then select your DVD-ROM in the pop-up window and press the "OK" button. You also can click "Load File" button to import IFO file from your computer hard disk.

3 Select the chapters you want to convert
You can convert your whole DVD by highlighting the title which contains the whole episodes of DVD. Or if you like, you can select certain chapters to convert.
This software fully supports all kinds of DVD, such as regular DVD movie and DVD MTV. DVD MTV will have several titles, so you can select the desire MTV to convert.
4 Select the output Audio format
Format: Click the "Format" combo-box on the interface, the result of setting will be shown on the list, select the format you want.

After the above steps, just click "Start" to start conversion if you don't like to make some settings. But if you would like to set some parameters to get the best effects for your audio, you can just click the "setting" button to make it.

After all things done, then click "Start" button to start extracting audio from your favorite DVD.
Tips:
This DVD Ripper also provides basic DVD edit functions such as to trim DVD, so you can convert you favorite clips.
Click "Trim" button to open the trim panel, drag the trim bar to set start time and end time to convert a clip from your movie. You can also type the exact time values in the "Set Start Time" field and "Set End Time" field to trim video.
