    I thought when I also purchased Video Converter Ultimate (this one is on my desk top) that it would convert videos from the PSP Network? They have a program kinda like itunes but it is called Media Go and when I tried to convert a video from it it wouldn't work nor would it work with my DRM Media Converter here on my lap top. Any idea why it won;t work?

    So far my new software is not working, I am trying to convert a iTunes video folder M4V to AVI and it keeps saying "iTunes not installed". So was is up with that when I Do have iTunes installed on my computer? Any idea what is going on?

    You install the program as in to the plugins or just in the games folder? Usually press triangle on app and click delete will work.

    I tested it on a generic video file and it doesn't even get past the DRM/MURA file handle. It Asks for the DRM/MURA then the conversion fails, and names the file but gives me a zero byte file. I guess no conversion, oh what joy...

    It works well with my iTunes M4V video files. Maybe something goes wrong. Just restart the program and do it again or contact the support team for help.
